Return policy

1. Return policy for non EU members (USA, Canada, Australia ...)

Do not dispose original packing, box or parcel as it is mandatory to initiate return process. You will need to cut CN22 or CN23 form of original packing and include it inside with returned merchandise. If you have disposed original parcel return process is not possible.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you had used free shipping promotion and make return on own will, you may need to pay re stocking fee.
Return process cannot be initiated without prior communication, notice.

Please initiate return within 7 days timeframe of receipt.
Used, worn products are not accepted for return.

Products damaged while in transit process must be reported with visual proof.
WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO MAKE SURE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO OUR CUSTOMERS ARE IN THE BEST CONDITION.
Please check the package before you sign for. If the product is not in good condition, please do not sign for it. Then please ask some certificate (such as the picture of the damaged goods) from express company, and contact us immediately. We will contact the express company to deal with it. We are not responsible for item lost, content damaged after signed for.

Products with quality problems, if notified within 7 days (from the date products were received) can be refund and replaced.
Customer will need to send the products back to us (we will not take responsiblity for the shipping cost you ship back to us), when we receive the products, we will reship a replacement to you or give you a refund of the products.

In your country post office you will need to fill simplified customs declaration form fields "GIFT" or "OTHER" where you need to state clearly reason for return, like "return to sender", "damaged", "wrong size" or similar. Customer is responsible for loss, poor packing damage, theft while in transit, return process.

After return process is approved, merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damage in transit. We advice you to register (sign for service), insure parcel (optional) and ship via traceable means.
No walk-in collection, return, replacement not available.
