Attention! During the border closure period due to the pandemic, all orders are sent by Russian Airmail!
Despite the fact that AmberMaster is located in Kaliningrad city the most European point of Russia, we send all orders from Poland.
This is due to a more reliable and faster delivery of parcels.
We do everything that our customers will receive orders faster and in full safety.
In addition, we offer two methods of delivery of parcels: Standard "Priority" Shipping and Global Express.
Orders with value less than $90 are sent via Russian Post (EMS).
Because of this, the delivery time can vary from 7 to 30 days.

And for buyers from USA parcels with trackers starting with "PL" in the territory of USA are not tracked due to changes in USPS policy.

Tracking
After placing order and payment, we pack and ship your order within three days (excluding holidays and weekends).
