HOW TO USE MALA BEADS



You can use mala beads not only for meditation, but also to wear it to receive healing and spiritual power, which are amplified by natural amber.

Meditation





Japa meditation – is a practice of chanting a mantra with using mala beads, that`s why some people call mantra beads as “japa beads”.

Japa meditation is used frequently in the yoga and Buddhist spiritual traditions.

Meditating for at least 10 minutes will have the most benefits, even if you will do it ones a day.




How to wear Malas



There are two ways how you can wear mala beads:


  • On your wrist

  • On your neck

Most popular way is wearing mala as a necklace. It let to hold main (guru) bead near your hart. 

But sometimes you can meet people who prefer to wear it the opposite way with main bead behind the neck. 

To wear malas on the wrist you just need to wrap it usually three (or four) times around your hand.
